Sadonkorjuukortti – Harvest Card

Meillä Skotlannissa säät ovat suosineet. Syksy on selkeästi saapunut, mutta ihme kyllä aurinko paistelee tänäänkin ja on lämmin. Tähän vuodenaikaan sopii mitä parhaiten yksi ihana leimasinsetti, jonka itselleni hankin. Tein kortin Amalian syyskuun haasteeseen, aiheena “sadonkorjuu”.

We are having a lovely autumn here in Scotland. You can feel the end of summer for sure but luckily the sun has been shining on many days, like today. It is harvest time and therefore a stamp set I recently purchased suits perfectly. I made a card for Amalia’s September Challenge, theme “Harvest”.

Miten kortteja tuleekin nykyään tehtyä niin vähän? Ne kuitenkin syntyvät vähän nopeammin kuin skräppisivut ja niihin voisi käyttää kaikkia kymmeniä leimoja, jotka tuolla laatikon pohjalla lojuvat… Ehkä tästä kortista intoudun !

I wonder why I haven’t made more cards lately? The are faster to make than scrapbook pages and I could use all those dozens and dozens of stamps that are just being ignored in the bottom of my drawers. Maybe having made this card gets me going!

Straight away I continued with the same stamp set: a tag, a mini journal and a Christmas card.
