Marmoroidut vadelmabrowniet – Marbeled raspberry brownies

Herkullinen resepti, jonka löysin Mansikkamäen kautta Maasikas-blogista. Sekoittelin vadelmat suklaataikinaan sen sijaan, että olisin ripotellut ne kakun päälle ennen uuniin laittoa. Vuoka oli vähän liian iso, lopputulos on hieman littana. Annoin olla uunissa 25 min, olisi voinut antaa olla hiukkasen kauemmin. Tosi hyvää ja makeaa tuli, enkä edes minä – suklaan suurkuluttaja – pystynyt syömään montaa palaa! Säästyipä siis herkkua huomisellekin!

Marbeled rasberry brownies

Chocolate dough:
300 g dark chocolate
200 g butter / margarine
200 ml sugar
4 eggs
350 ml flour
1 tsp vanilla
200 ml raspberries

Cream cheese dough:
200 g cream cheese
50 ml sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp flour

Grease a cake pan (about 20x30cm). Melt the chocolate and butter and mix together. Beat sugar and eggs. Stir in flour, vanilla and raspberries and the chocolate-butter mixture. In another bowl mix together the cream cheese dough. Pour the chocolate dough into the pan. On top of that pour the cream cheese dough. Draw figures with a fork to create a marbeled effect on the surface. Bake at 175C for about 30 minutes – this will leave the brownies nice and moist inside!
